FAQ’s

1. Can someone help me with my application?

Yes, but we want to hear the applicant’s own voice, especially in the personal statement. While parents can assist primary school applicants, the story should reflect the child’s perspective. Handwritten submisions from the primary school applicants are recommended. Secondary and university students are encouraged to complete their applications independently. Please donot use AI to write your essay. we can alway tell. We want to hear your unique stories and goals.

2. Why did you create this scholarship?

“If not me, then who?” This question kept coming to mind when I decided to create this scholarship. I hope that this initiative will inspire students to keep learning, despite their limitations. This is also a personal mission for me—I believe that God has blessed me so I can be a blessing to others, and this is one of the ways I can give back.

3. Why require an application process?

I know many people I could directly help, but I believe in providing equal opportunities for all students. Applying for scholarships is a valuable skill—it teaches you how to tell your story and seek the support you need. I want to encourage students to get out of their comfort zones and learn how to express themselves.

4. Will this scholarship be offered every year?

I plan to continue this scholarship annually and, hopefully, expand the number of recipients. If you feel inclined to contribute, please consider donating to help more students. You can send me an email or fill the contact form here
